Caught public transport up from mandurah specifically to visit the store as it is the closest to me, got there at 2:30 on a Friday to see it was closed. I had checked before leaving their opening hours and even on the door it says that they should be open. I'm sure the store is great but it's quite annoying to not have the right hours listed.

Never visited the shop before and was amazed at all the products and gorgeous samples... What let it down was no acknowledgement and poor service and there were no customers at the counter when I arrived and left, so no excuse for lack of greeting
