Great selection in toys, but the Toys are so overpriced!! Tried to price check an item and was told no because that's how much they paid for it. 79.99 is what it was selling for at big w and target, and they want 129.99!When we searched any of the items we were interested in, all were almost double the price!I don't know how they stay in business!

It was so nice to just wander. So much to choose from. Service was with a smile and even wrapped my present. Loved it

The team at this store have gone above and beyond to help me every time I'm in the store as I have trouble finding the right items for family and friends gifts they also help out with making sure i get the best price they can give me! well done guys should be a 10/10 not just 5 stars for the amazing service :)

these guys are always so nice and they have a really good range of toys and puzzles. the staff are very happy to help and will order things in if they don’t have them. they even helped me to wrap a present when I was running late so I am very happy with there service.

Although the store has a great selection of Lego,be aware of there layby conditions, they will only explain the $5 storage fee, and not that they will keep 20% of the TOTAL cost of the layby.(I'm aware of a cancellation fee for most places, my maybe was just $700 and they would only give me back $220 of the $350 I put down)If you question them and ask them explain why it would cost them so much to store a shelf item, you will be accused of being a difficult arkward customer and threaten they have you on camera being abusive and violent. Which I was not and would of loved to see the video. The owner will be rude and antagonisting towards you.I did get all my money back and I'm no longer aloud to shop there becuase I questioned there conditions.Layby with caution..

Staff are honestly the nicest people you can meet, excellent choices and always has stuff that other stores don’t get.

Very rude and aggressive when politely questioned why their prices were higher than the Toyworld website. Staff need anger management training.

Lots of awesome City LEGO to choose from, just a shame I don't have more money right now. I need roads and train tracks which they don't have in stock at the moment and the base plates are actually dearer than Big W which is a shame. Good to see more City LEGO than all the other stuff that outdates.
